Luxury Seeded Paper Sheets

Our seed paper is tree-free! We use 100% pre-consumer waste cotton that degrades naturally in the soil. Using traditional paper making techniques helps to preserve seeds & increase germination rates.

This paper is 100% biodegradable.
It is packed full of seeds! On average there are 200-300 seeds in each A4 sheet. We choose seed mixes with bees in mind and use non-invasive species that are commonly found in the wild.

Please note that seed paper by its very nature is rustic and rough in texture. No two sheets are identical. There are sometimes some small imperfections. All of this provides an individually beautiful, hand crafted look to your finished product.

Due to the handmade nature of the product, we do not keep large quantities in stock. Large sheets are cut to size per order, making this item classified as a personalized product under our returns policy. If unsure, we recommend ordering a small pack or sample pack first, as returns will be at our discretion.

Please note that you should only print on this paper with an inkjet printer. Please refer to your printer manufacturer for settings.

Laser and other printing methods will damage the seeds and they will not germinate and grow.

To make sure your seed paper has the best chance of turning into beautiful flowers:
• Soak in water and tear into small pieces
• Place pieces in a pot of compost and lightly sprinkle more compost on top
• Keep the soil and paper moist in a warm and light environment
• Once your small plants have grown, place pot outside, or keep on a window that has lots of sun.
• Don’t let the paper/soil dry out.

Our seed paper can be grown in pots and left outside for bees and other pollinators during the summer months or alternatively in warm sunny spots in the house in the colder months.

We choose seed mixes with bees in mind and each greeting card includes
Sweet Alyssum, Poppy, Baby’s Breath & Basil. These are non-invasive species that are commonly found in the wild and in garden shops.

We are delighted that our beautiful seeded paper has been approved by the Royal Horticultural Society Plants for Pollinators scheme. This means that all of the wildflowers grown from our seeded paper are included on the RHS database of plants that are native and will encourage pollinators to your garden.
