At Mickledale Lane we pride ourselves on the quality of our work and we are confident that you will be entirely satisfied with the quality of our products. We take time to check every detail of every order before it is dispatched to you.  Below are the details of our Returns, Refunds & Cancellations Policy should you not be entirely satisfied with your order. 

Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Wedding Stationery

All stationery products are made to order with your personal requirements. For that reason, regrettably we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges. However, if we have made an error in fulfilling your order, we shall promptly correct or replace the items supplied to you. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Complaints regarding stationery items must be made in writing within 30 days of delivery or they will not be considered.

Please be aware that we cannot be held responsible for errors once the proofs of your stationery have been approved by you. All proofs should be carefully checked to ensure all details are correct before approving proofs for printing.

If you are in anyway dissatisfied after receiving your first set of proofs then we will refund you in full. Due to the bespoke nature of stationery no refunds can be given after full approval and instruction to print has been given. Please ensure you check your proofs in great detail.

Cancellations will incur the cost of all work completed to the date of notice of cancellation. This may include preparation of proofs, artwork and invitation production.

Greetings Cards, Prints, Gifts & Cake Toppers

For Prints & Gifts no proofs are provided and as a result we ask that you check the information you have entered into each field of the website is correct before completing your order. Mickledale Lane Limited will not be held responsible for information that has been entered incorrectly.
